拾刻 Moment 隱私權政策
1.關於本擴充功能
拾刻 Moment（以下稱「本擴充功能」）是一款 Chrome／Edge 瀏覽器擴充功能，以個人化儀表板取代新分頁頁面，提供時鐘問候、背景圖片、今日焦點、待辦清單、番茄鐘、天氣、快速連結、Google 搜尋列與每日一句。
2.儲存在你裝置上的資料
以下資料只透過瀏覽器的 chrome.storage.local 儲存在你的裝置上，不會傳送給開發者或任何第三方：
- 你設定的稱呼、時鐘格式、背景來源、溫度單位、手動設定的城市與顯示模組偏好
- 你建立的今日焦點、待辦清單與快速連結
- 番茄鐘的計時狀態與當日完成數
- 天氣與背景圖片的暫存資料（用於減少重複連線）
你可以隨時在設定中修改或清除這些資料；移除本擴充功能時，這些資料也會一併從瀏覽器中刪除。
3.位置資訊
只有在你啟用天氣功能、且沒有手動設定城市時，本擴充功能才會經你的瀏覽器授權，取得裝置的大致位置（經緯度），並僅用於向 Open-Meteo 查詢當地天氣。位置資訊不會被開發者收集或保存，也不會用於天氣查詢以外的用途。你可以拒絕定位授權，改在設定中手動輸入城市名稱。
4.使用的第三方服務
為了顯示內容，本擴充功能會直接從你的瀏覽器連線到下列公開服務。連線時，這些服務可能依其各自的政策接收到你的 IP 位址等一般連線資訊：

快速連結的網站圖示由瀏覽器從本機快取提供，不會額外傳送資料給開發者。
5.我們不做的事
- 不讀取、收集或修改你造訪的任何網頁內容
- 不追蹤你的瀏覽紀錄
- 不使用任何分析、追蹤或廣告程式
- 不出售、出租或轉讓任何使用者資料
- 不使用遠端程式碼；所有程式碼都包含在擴充功能套件中
本擴充功能對使用者資料的使用，遵守 Chrome 線上應用程式商店使用者資料政策，包括「有限使用」（Limited Use）規定。
6.兒童隱私
本擴充功能不會刻意收集任何人的個人資料，包括兒童。
7.政策變更
若本政策有所修改，會更新於本頁並調整上方的生效日期。如有重大變更，將在擴充功能更新說明中告知。

Moment Privacy Policy
1.About this extension
Moment ("the extension") is a Chrome/Edge extension that replaces the new tab page with a personal dashboard: clock and greeting, background image, daily focus, to-do list, Pomodoro timer, weather, quick links, Google search bar and a daily quote.
2.Data stored on your device
The following is stored only on your device via chrome.storage.local and is never sent to the developer or any third party: your display name and preferences (clock format, background source, temperature unit, manually set city, visible modules); your daily focus, to-do items and quick links; Pomodoro timer state and daily count; and cached weather and background data. You can change or clear this data in Settings at any time, and it is removed when you uninstall the extension.
3.Location
Only when the weather module is enabled and no city is set manually, the extension requests your approximate location (latitude/longitude) through your browser's permission prompt, solely to fetch local weather from Open-Meteo. The developer never collects or stores your location. You may deny the permission and enter a city name instead.
4.Third-party services
To display content, your browser connects directly to: Open-Meteo (weather and city search; receives coordinates or the city name you type), Lorem Picsum (background photos; no personal data), and Google Search (only when you submit a query in the search bar). These services may receive standard connection information such as your IP address under their own policies.
5.What we don't do
- We do not read, collect, or modify the content of websites you visit.
- We do not track your browsing history.
- We use no analytics, tracking, or advertising code.
- We do not sell, rent, or transfer user data.
- We do not use remote code; all code is packaged within the extension.
The use of information by this extension complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
6.Children
The extension does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone, including children.
7.Changes
Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Significant changes will be noted in the extension's release notes.
